What Is Microneedling?

Your journey begins with a thorough consultation. Cheree will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and recommend the most appropriate microneedling treatment and any additional serums or boosters to enhance your results.

A topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area and left to take effect, ensuring you are as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure.

The microneedling device is passed over the skin in precise, controlled movements. The depth of the needles is adjusted according to the area being treated and your individual skin concerns, ensuring a safe and effective result.

Following the microneedling, a nourishing serum is applied to the skin. The micro-channels created during treatment allow the active ingredients to penetrate far more deeply than they would through topical application alone, significantly enhancing the overall result.

Does it hurt?
A topical anaesthetic cream is applied before treatment to minimise discomfort. Most clients find the procedure very comfortable and well tolerated throughout.
How many treatments will I need?
For optimal results, a course of three to six treatments spaced four weeks apart is usually recommended. Cheree will advise on the most appropriate number of sessions for your individual skin concerns during your consultation.
Is there any downtime?
There is minimal downtime following microneedling. Some redness and mild sensitivity is normal immediately after treatment, similar in appearance to mild sunburn, and typically settles within 24 to 48 hours.
What skin concerns can microneedling treat?
